Return & Refund

Cancellation

• No cancellation once an order is processed by Moe’s. Cancellation will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

• No Returns accepted. Damaged products must be either disposed of or donated.

Defects and Damage Policy

Moe’s will ONLY accept a claim if the below information is included and sent to info@kurtsdeco.com:

• PO # and Date of receiving the shipment

• Carrier used on the shipment.

• Images of the original boxes of the shipment showing SKU # and proof of delivery or UPS/FEDEX labels.

• Brief description of the defect

Warranty

• All Moe's items come with a 1-year warranty.


• Warranty claim is something that happens to the item over time. If the item arrives damaged, but is simply not reported within 30 days, that is not considered a warranty claim.


• All damage/defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Moe’s will not honor claims
after this period.
